Why this course?

Tactical Playground's ELITE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY is an amazing and exciting summer activity for the enrollees. Here you may learn LEADERSHIP SKILLS in a "military style" boot camp. Some of which are:
  1. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
  2. STRATEGIC THINKING
  3. EFFECTIVE DELEGATION OF TASKS
  4. ACTIVE LISTENING
  5. ABILITY TO MOTIVATE PEERS
The enrollees will be given the chance to use airsoft gears and equipment stored at Camp Conquer Airsoft Site and will be given mission objectives for them to complete with their teams.

Course Curriculum

DAY 1: BACK TO BASICS - focuses on physical fitness, listening skills, and re-trains enrollees to follow commands

DAY 2: GEAR MANIPULATION AND MOVEMENT - focuses on hand-eye coordination, communication skills, patience, and attention to detail

DAY 3: TARGET ACQUISITION AND ENGAGEMENT - focuses on unleashing the leader inside enrollees, delegation of tasks, team work, and critical thinking

DAY 4: TEAM DEPLOYMENT (MISSION-BASED SCENARIOS) - application of all learnings to complete the mission objectives

FAQs

Is this ROTC?

Similar, but no. Some of the drills may be related to ROTC but the focus is not on the drills themselves but rather the values to be learned in doing them. 

What is the age requirement to join?

We highly recommend teens aged 13-18 years old to join as they are most susceptible to be enslaved by gadgets and other social media platform (and can therefore be changed in terms of personality and attitude).

Will they use the airsoft equipment against themselves?

They are not allowed to engage against each other during class but they have the option to do so after. This will still be upon the approval of their parents. Rest assured such activities will be monitored and will done with the enrollees' safety as the priority.

What else can be seen or done at the site?

There will be merchants at the site wherein parents and the enrollees can purchase food, drinks and different merchandise.

Can we bring our own gear and equipment?

We highly suggest that the enrollees use the gears and equipment stored at the site since transportation of such (for airsoft units only) can violate the Comelec Resolution No. 3328. Please click on this link to watch our video about this topic: 

Is there a medical team on stand-by?

Yes. The main instructor is a registered nurse and we have a first aid kit at the site.

How to get to the site?

Camp Conquer Airsoft Site is located at Victoria Valley Subdivision, Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City. DO NOT GO THROUGH VALLEY GOLF SUBDIVISION. If you're coming from Sumulong Highway, go straight ahead until you reach Robinson's Antipolo, turn right to Hinulugang Taktak Falls and just follow the road towards Victoria Valley Subd. gate. If you're coming from Ortigas Extension, go straight ahead to Tikling then follow the road up to Antipolo. Turn left before Ynares Center, follow the road on the right, turn right to Hinulugang Taktak Falls then for the read towards Victoria Valley Subd. gate. DO NOT GO THROUGH VALLEY GOLF SUBDIVISION.
